LVLing Up at LVL Up - 9th August
Hi, everybody, Kara here from LVL Up Consulting. I've got my coffee, ready for the morning so I wanted to share with you quickly what I learnt last week when I was LVLing Up at LVL Up.
We found ourselves getting really bogged down in the day to day tasks, wondering what we ended up achieving at the end of the day. So something that I and the team often do is every couple of weeks, we will reassess our full to do list, our goals and put timeframes on everything. So that we have reachable goals and we can tick them off one by one. So even the really minor stuff, we pop in our calendars to remind ourselves we've got to set dedicated time to do them.
And it can really help, it brings you back to your to do list, it grounds you and it makes you focus & the whole team to get to the same goals. So that's just a little tip that I learnt last week. I've even got a reminder in for a couple of weeks time, to regroup with the team, refocus, relook at the to-do list and re redo our calendars.
