LVLing Up at LVL Up - 2nd August

Hannah here from LVL Up Consulting, bringing you this week's LVLing Up at LVL Up video. Obviously I'm not Kara. I work behind the scenes here at LVL Up doing digital marketing and business development. So I thought I would bring you my tip for the week.
So that is do your due diligence. Whatever it might be, a new system, a contract, working with a new supplier. Check everything. Check, check, check. Think about how is it gonna affect the business? How is it going to affect the team? Go through pros, cons, ask questions of the supplier and also ask your team about how this may affect them.
We had a brilliant idea to get a new sales outreach program. It ticked all the boxes for us. We were super excited. It was going to be super efficient. And unfortunately we were quoted prices in US dollars, not Australian dollars, which meant that our Return on Investment wasn't met. So we actually couldn't pursue that any further. Luckily we found out before we signed on the dotted line. But definitely check, check, check.
